Me, last winter
As a
customer service representative for a number of years for a major insurance
organization, I have heard both heaven-and-horror insurance stories.
One of the first things I learned as a customer service person is that you
must listen to your clients – don’t interrupt them when they’re
telling their story! Only after they have let out their frustrations
will they be ready to consider a proposed solution. So, in the
future, I will be listening to your needs and assisting you, with no sales
pressure, as an advisor committed to making sure you have the very best fit
for your situation.

The
