we ask that you request a telephone appointment.
This will enable us to thoroughly research your
options before the phone call, let you know
the pros and cons of the various plans you are
considering, and give you our professional opinion
as to which plans will best meet your needs.
We’ll help you get enrolled with the plan
you choose, help you get your HSA set up, and
make sure the whole process is easy and understandable.
The
easiest way to schedule an appointment is to
call our office and let the receptionist know
that you'd like to schedule a time to speak
with a consultant. The receptionist will
gather some basic information from you, so that
we can review some plan options prior to our
meeting. You can also fill out our Appointment
Request form and we will contact you
to set a date and time.
