recorded this to explain the penalty that will be imposed on anyone who does
not follow the government mandate to purchase health insurance. While
forcing people to buy health insurance is really not the best way to approach
things, part of the purpose of this mandate is to bring in enough money to
pay the claims of the unhealthy.
As
things are being structure, this is not going to work.
